A Bouquet for HM Queen Elizabeth's visit to Accrington...

I was extremely honoured and proud to be able to design a Bouquet for The Queen this week.  Queen Elizabeth visited Accrington as part of her Diamond Jubilee Tour on Wednesday the 16th May.  I chose to do a small tear drop bouquet with White Orchids, fragrant Lily of the Valley, Rosemary and Myrtle.  These were all featured in the rather larger shower bouquet that she carried for her Coronation ceremony way back in 1952, so I really wanted to design a bouquet to remind her of that glorious day.  I am waiting for official photographer's photos yet of her holding said bouquet, but definately let you all see them when I get them.

Getting ready and decorated for the Queen's Diamond Jubilee...

Here is my finished version of the 'Imperial State Crown', which I spent a lovely afternoon yesterday, individually glueing jewels to.... This will take pride of place in one of our two Jubilee windows...  More photos of windows to follow soon...

Jackie's Gorgeous Blingy Wedding Bouquet...

Jackie, from our home town of Oswaldtwistle, chose the delicate colours of Ivory and dusky pink for her blingy shower bouquet.  This was studded with crystal diamantes, and intersperced with crystal effect strands throughout.  Warmest congratulations to Jackie and her new Husband, Thank you for letting us be part of your very special day!
